Datuk Ganesan Karuppannan, D.P.S.M.
Datuk Ganesan Karuppannan, D.P.S.M., the Founder and Managing Partner, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1994 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He graduated from the University of London (LL.B) (Hons) and a holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Wales, United Kingdom. He completed his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) at the University of Malaya, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (FCIArb), obtained Associate Qualification in Islamic Finance (AQIF) and also a Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR).
He has attained numerous practical experiences in the legal field, which range from the most mundane matters to the most challenging disputes which include arbitration, commercial disputes, corporate restructuring, take-overs and mergers, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, shareholders dispute, property development, construction contracts amongst others. He has handled cases from the Subordinate Courts to the High Courts, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
In short, he would be regarded as an asset in any organisation with his multitude of experience in various corporate and legal disciplines, in both litigation and advisory with the added advantage of an MBA in corporate finance. He has also conducted numerous in-house training for a number of financial institutions in the country, conglomerates, societies and conducts seminars on a variety of topics.
Dato’ Sri Dr Haji Irmohizam Bin Ibrahim PJN, SSAP, DCSM, PGDK, DIMP, JMN, KMN, BCM, PJK, PBB, PJP, JP
Dato’ Sri Dr Hj Irmohizam Ibrahim, graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2000 with an Honours Degree of Law (LLB) and obtained his Diploma in Law and Practice Shariah (DSLP) in 2001. He was then called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2001. In 2004 he obtained Master of Laws with Honours (LLM) at the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He has obtained Doctorate (PHD) of Philosophy in Education (adult and Professional Development) from National University of Malaysia (UKM). He is currently pursuing Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School (AAGBS), Shah Alam.
He oversees matters related to corporate advisory, commercial transactions, mediation, business finance, housing projects and joint ventures. He has conducted lectures and training for law students at Universiti Technology MARA (UiTM) and been appointed as an Examiner. He has been a guest speaker for the Post- Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Law at UITM and many others.
He was presented with a certificate acknowledged by the Managing Director of The Economist, Tim Pinnegar in 2006, certificate of High Impact Presentations acknowledged by Dale Carnegie Training in 2011, certificate of Marketing Strategy in a Digital World Building High- Impact 2019 Plans by PR Smith on 2019, certificate of Corporate Directors Training Programme Fundamental 2.0 (2019) and certificate of 10th ASEAN Senior Management Development Program of the Harvard Business School (2019).
Subashini Ramakrishnan

Ms. Subashini Ramakrishnan, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2009 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya but has been with the firm since April 1999. She graduated from University Putra Malaysia with BSC. (Hons) in Human Resource, obtained Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2007, and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2008Âand obtainedÂAssociate Qualification in Islamic Finance [AQIF].
Her areas of practice are focused on commercial contracts, commercial developments, housing projects, sale and purchase agreements, financing and security documentation, civil and commercial litigation, banking recovery, land law, sale of goods, insolvency, winding up, liquidation, legal audit, scheme of arrangements, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreements, and other legal documentation for corporate clients and individuals.
Sushilayanti Binti Dato Haji Sumadi
Sushilayanti Binti Dato Haji Sumadi, graduated from University of Hertfordshire in 2003 with Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with Honours and further obtained Master of Laws (LLM) with Commendation in 2004 from the same University. She was called to the English Bar in 2007 and subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar in 2009. In 2015, she obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
Syed Shafiq Alhabshi Bin Syed Alwi

Mr.Syed Shafiq Alhabshi Bin Syed Alwi, the Partner, was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1997 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a holder of a Master’s Degree in Law (Corporate & Commercial) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He has been in active practice since 1997 with an astute focus on corporate litigation and corporate advisory. The areas which he has wide experience are acquisition of business, private finance initiative, joint venture and business restructuring. He also actively participated in the negotiation process with various parties as well as ensuring compliance of the law and regulations.
His active legal practice involves advising multinational companies and in the process has acquired vast experience in legal and para legal affairs of corporate dealings and including
drafting, vetting and overseeing letters of awards, contracts procurements of performance bonds, bank guarantees, banking facilities, charge, assignments and related documentation and liaising with the auditors and tax consultants.
